    Search Contacts Field Opens New Tab

    I'm often on a LionDesk page that I want to keep open, but I also need to pop open a contact record. It would be a GREAT ENHANCEMENT if when you search for a contact using the "Search Contacts" field in the top right corner, if it would either open the contact in a new tab, or let you CTRL-CLICK so that it opens in a new tab. I know the new version is coming out in the foreseeable future, but if this isn't included, any chance it could be squeezed in?

    Dear awesome Lion Desk,

    Please consider developing an “action-based” marketing format in Lion Desk.

    Develop a campaign that could send someone a text automatically if they open an email.

    As an example... The auto email sends them a list of homes and if they open the email/click links we can then automate a text to go out 20 minutes later that reads…

    ”Hi John, Just curious if you saw anything on this weeks list that was of interest?”

    task completion

    It would be great to be able to quickly glance at what tasks were completed and what tasks were deleted in the list. Currently it is impossible to distinguish between them. Recommend deleted tasks be grayed out or lined out in red in the completed task list.

    We would like the ability to upload a larger video file for the video text message.

    I was able to reduce our video using the program suggested in the help articles. However, once I sent the video as a text, the video was illegible. We really love this feature and are excited to get it sent out to our clients. However, we need a way to be able to have the video be of business quality first.

    Too often I find myself having to navigate to access the contacts page to add a new contact. Since adding new contacts is a PRIMARY function, shouldn’t there be a button at the top to do so, no matter what area your in? That would help speed the process by a few seconds when you get a new hot lead. Also, adding to the app would be great as well.

    For Recurring Tasks use Date Fields from the Contact Data Base in addition to Calendar dates

    Allow the use of Date fields from in the contact data base such as Birthday and Anniversary to be the basis for a recurring task.  An recurring auto-drip campaign can be set up to send Birthday or Anniversary email templates or texts to the selected contact based on on the date field. Now a specific calendar task must be set up separately for each contact.

    Transaction Follow-Up Plans

    Re: Transaction follow-up timelines. All activities currently trigger from only two points...Contract date and closing date. It would be nice to have conditional timelines. For instance... trigger an activity based on the completion of a previous activity.

    Example: I collect the EMD after the inspection process is complete. To keep things in order, I would like the EMD timeline to follow the inspection timeline, not the contract date. 

    If certain tasks/activities are delayed, subsequent tasks will likely also be delayed.

    Link to Edit template directly from Task List

    It would be much easier to have a link to edit a template directly from the campaign task list.  It's very cumbersome to go back and forth between templates and drip campaigns searching for all associated templates and tasks.

    Editing a campaign task date after adding a client to the campaign

    I ran into an issue that I've been told by the help Chat line is a feature.  But as a user it seems more like a bug.  I set up the basics of a drip campaign, and added the clients I wanted it sent to.  Then I came back to the campaign and edited the date I wanted the task done on.  I had planned to go in and finish the email being sent in the campaign because I hadn't finished everything I needed to do in time.  But the incomplete email went out this morning despite the date change I

    Drip Campaigns/Action Plan Advancement

    Drip campaigns (aka Action plans) need advanced functionality features.

    - Ability to schedule a task based on a previous task.

    - Ability select an email template and assign it to the task for delivery.

    - Ability choose whether the email will go out automatically or manually. Manually would allow template to be edited for that mailing only with changing the master template.

    Birthday revamp!

    I would like the birthday system to be better. I would like to send birthday cards to clients, their spouse, and their kids. there is no option to do it for kids or spouse unless I create a reminder and for clients it only notifies the day of. it would be a lot of work to go through all my clients and have it remind me a week before. also It would be nice if there was an house program that worked with lion desk to send gifts/cards to clients

    Admin needs to be able to export all data

    As the subscriber who is paying for the broker admin subscription, the broker and the team leader.  I need a way to export all data that my team is entering into the system.

    Even if they are the "owner" in LionDesk, they are not the owner in the real world.  As a broker, I have the agency with all of my agents clients and the agent cannot take them.

    As the team leader and underwriter of the systems we pay for (like LionDesk), the office, the telephone system, etc, the team understands that I have control and ownership of this

    The shared folder functionality in Marketing is VERY confusing

    The sharing of folders function does not work like any other folder sharing platform on earth and LionDesk will not acknowledge that it's clumsy and unhelpful.

    Shared folders are actually read only, but LionDesk defaults to letting collaborators save to the read only folder without telling them that they are creating local (unshared) duplicates. 

    We have dozens of internal communications of marketing materials not being visible to users because edits were made and not reshared in duplicate folders.

    LionDesk needs to change this to one of two options to behave like we are used to since users were widely introduced

    Icon on lead detail page for emails that have hard bounced.

    Can you put an icon (or notice) next to a lead's email address notifying us when an email hard bounces? Similar to the way you notify unsubscribes. This would be a big help. Right now I have to go to the marketing tab to see or run a report. Firepoint, another RE crm does this quite nicely.
