    allow sending manually created email to a contact after they unsubscribe

    If I try to send an email through LD to a contact who has unsubscribed, LD will not send it.  I believe that a contact is intending to be unsubscribed to DRIPS and not ALL communication.  That is my primary feature request.

    If that cannot be accomplished...instead of the history just telling us that the email failed to send with the subject line visible, we should still be able to see the body of the failed email in the history so we can copy/paste it into our email client. All I see from an email I tried to send is

    Now when you enter a contact - the contact goes away.  I always need to finish editing the contact info but then have to go and search that contact and pull them back up.

    Auto-triggers for tasks and drips

    Having the ability to add tasks that are dependent upon prior tasks being completed would add to the function of my campaigns and property plans when assigning them to my staff.

    1. Task A

    2. Task B

    3. After completing A and B

    Sometimes multiple tasks are due on the same day and this will prioritize what shows up instead of overwhelming people.

    Option to be reminded 20 minutes in advance.

    Public Task

    I would like when you enter a task OR even an activity for a listing - not all are on a plan and never will be - to be able to push some of the task or activities to the "Public Page".  I call it the "Sellers or Buyer's Website", as they can see the links and know what needs to be done on their purchase of a home next OR for sellers so they know what all I do to get their home sold or all the activities that I do for them.

    Closed/Inactive client status should be separated

    "Closed/Inactive" should be separated.  A "Closed" client is different than an "Inactive" client. Because they are not separated I've had to create new clients types.  "Closed Buy", "Closed Sell" and "Closed Buy/Sell"

    Able to schedule in the Calendar the time slots of when the event is, not just the start time. Be able to sync the Calendar to the phone. Sync with Outlook Calendar and with the App as well. -Brady DeVoe

    2 recommendations:

    1) When entering new contacts on the phone, allow the user to enter them into a list at that time (and also see which lists they are already in)

    2) When viewing contacts on the laptop, allow the user to see which lists the contact is already in

    Phone app improvement

    Suggestion is make the phone app more productive such as a calendar in which you can view and add activities to and also access your transactions such as activities and a participating parties section with their contact info. For me personally the program is not useful enough to me to continue using it over other CRMs.

    Add new Templates to existing Drips and have them work. Its crazy we cant do this!!!!!!

    Im blown away that we cant add new templates to an existing drip  and have them work for already assigned clients, IE add a Day 25 email. And for all clients that have not hit Day 25 they would receive the email, Now you have to cancel and reassign the drip to each contact but that means they will start over which is crazy unprofessional. Im always modifying my drips. Adding videos to the emails, adding new content etc.   All big CRMs do this Active campaign, autopiliot, Infusionsoft, DRIP, Mainchimp etc

    It be very nice to be able to click on a displayed field and make a change.  Currently I have to select edit or click on the client name to enter the field.  Wasted key strokes and time..

    There is no ability to delete only one universal tag from a group of leads but not all the tags as is the current situation.  You can only delete all tags or nothing.  You can't just mass delete a certain tag.

    Search by characters or part of a word with wildcards within certain fields.

    Need to be able to search by certain data or characters within a first or last name. For example, I want to search by the "@" but only in the first or last name for all of my contacts. You don't have the ability to do that. Sometimes leads will be parsed with the email address as the first or last name. I want to be able to find those in order to change that in that contact.

    Task/Event Reminders

    It would be really nice to have a "Reminders" field for tasks like I had in my Google calender. It would allow me to set up multiple reminders/notifications and how I wanted to receive them (email, push notifications, text) before an event so that I never missed anything. I spoke to one of your reps and he told me this wasn't available. It would be awesome if LionDesk had this feature! Any chance there is a work around?

    Auto Pilot Rules- Timing Rules such as  “within 1 mins but only During Business Hours” no 3AM auto text to new inquiries, ability to set business/texting hours, I would like to defer the 3am auto reply text to 9AM for example

    Timing Rules such as same day at 5:00PM but at least 1 hour has passed (for example new leads that come after this time it won’t instantly send message but will wait the time period)

    Text and Email Campaigns: can we have weekend options please?

    Can we make the email and especially TEXT campaigns so we have the option to have them not go out on a weekend? For example, when I used Top Producer it gave me an option if it fell on a saturday I could move it back a day to Friday...if it fell on a Sunday, I could move it forward to Monday...I cringe when it sends out texts on Sunday morning...It jolts my own faith convictions and I don't want to offend others either...thanks, dc

    Recurring emails

    Be able to set a recurring email in a drip campaign to go out on the first of the month instead of a certain amount of days out. This would be used for newsletters, and in those instances that drip campaigns are put on a contact in the middle of the month - they still want the newsletter to go out on the 1st of the month.
