Can Ringless Voicemail functionality be added? This would be especially useful in a drip campaign.

If I'm going to be in an area, I'd like to look at a map that has pins for each of my contacts. Then I can plan to do personal visits to several contacts at the same time.

Also, if there could be a "Map It" button next to the address, so it opens up the address in google maps would be super handy.

Incoming / Reply Gmail tracking

I understand that reply emails from a contact are not tracked in the Gmail tab, but within our Gmail account. It would be nice to capture those emails within LD so that all conversations could be maintained in one location vs. outgoing email in LD and then having to save the incoming or reply messages in Gmail. Thx.

Push drip texts until reasonable times

The same way you can set certain hours to not receive alerts, it'd be nice to not send out drip texts during the wee hours of the night. If these could be pushed until a certain set hour it would be better, especially if the drip suggests contact will be coming from the agent.

Automation for Drip Campaigns

I know that all CRMs have their own features. I also see that LionDesk has the fields that could be used to automate a process for realtors. I know that in my opinion, the less I have to do, the more efficient I can be. Is there a way to add the feature of being able to automatically add drip campaigns to contacts based on the desired field?

For example, if there are fields added that can help us. Buyer Rep Agreement Signed (Date) and then, when that date is entered, a drip campaign can start based on that field.

Also, there is already a close date when you have a property added to a contact. I know that I have to send a funding checklist to my broker 5 days before close, I would like to have a reminder that is based on the number of days before or after a date in the field. After the date would be something like, send testimonial email 5 days after closing date. Or send give 10 days after closing date. Having to put a specific date won't work because we don't know it.

When creating Tasks for Followup Plans. Assign the task to a Role and not a specific Person. People come and go - Roles Stay

Then when you add a property and select a followup plan you can assign who is:

When I add a text message as an activity on a contact, I have no way of editing it afterwards. Is there a way to add that functionality?

Have "emails opened" counted only once (or once per day?)

When a client opens an email, depending on their software, it will show as being opened multiple times. I suggest having LD filter out the duplicate openings. Ex: I sent out 129 emails, and it says 755 emails have been opened. One client alone shows that he opened an email 35 times in 5 minutes. (I know that LD can't control it, but figured they might be able to filter it)
