    When emailing (scheduled) a contact list or a selected group of contacts a one time email from a template that already exists in a folder it requires you to save the email to a folder anyways.

    So if I used one saved filter to bring those contacts up and then schedule a one time email, and then repeat the process for another saved filter....and so on.  I end up with a bunch of the same email templates in the same folder.

    Why is it required to save the email into a folder for a scheduled email if the email template

    No way to remove closing date from listing in Properties

    Properties are not always going to have a closing date when adding the listing; there should be a way to leave this empty.

    Adding contacts to contact list automatically puts them into contacts slipping away

    ...And when you add an activity for direct mail, it doesn't recognize this and remove them from the list.

    The shared folder functionality in Marketing is VERY confusing

    The sharing of folders function does not work like any other folder sharing platform on earth and LionDesk will not acknowledge that it's clumsy and unhelpful.

    Shared folders are actually read only, but LionDesk defaults to letting collaborators save to the read only folder without telling them that they are creating local (unshared) duplicates. 

    We have dozens of internal communications of marketing materials not being visible to users because edits were made and not reshared in duplicate folders.

    LionDesk needs to change this to one of two options to behave like we are used to since users were widely introduced

    Admin needs to be able to export all data

    As the subscriber who is paying for the broker admin subscription, the broker and the team leader.  I need a way to export all data that my team is entering into the system.

    Even if they are the "owner" in LionDesk, they are not the owner in the real world.  As a broker, I have the agency with all of my agents clients and the agent cannot take them.

    As the team leader and underwriter of the systems we pay for (like LionDesk), the office, the telephone system, etc, the team understands that I have control and ownership of this

    Editing a campaign task date after adding a client to the campaign

    I ran into an issue that I've been told by the help Chat line is a feature.  But as a user it seems more like a bug.  I set up the basics of a drip campaign, and added the clients I wanted it sent to.  Then I came back to the campaign and edited the date I wanted the task done on.  I had planned to go in and finish the email being sent in the campaign because I hadn't finished everything I needed to do in time.  But the incomplete email went out this morning despite the date change I

    Returns in content comments not visible

    When I view a contacts comments my returns are not visible. Everything runs together.  When returns invisible/or not displayed my content lines and paragraphs are very difficult to review because everything runs together.

    I only see my returns if I click the edit button.

    From the prospective of me using a phone or any other chat system to send and receive text messages.  All text communications exhibit my text/chat bubbles on the right and the person I'm texting/chatting with are on the left.

    LionDesk text communications are the opposite and it's really messing me up.

    Reports>Leads Overview issue: with a database of over 5000 contacts, the report churns away and most times, even after 5-10 minutes, does not return with the report. This has been reported many times to support and have never received a satisfactory resolution or response.

    It's appears to be a database performance/configuration problem on your end as I'm using a very fast internet connection 50 megabit+ and on agent accounts without access to the full database the report returns in a reasonable amount of time of usually no more than 30 seconds.

    Send an email with an attachment. Attachment should automatically be saved into documents tab.

    When sending an email through LionDesk that includes an attachment, it should automatically be saved into documents tab on the contact profile page.

    I tried to send an email "immediately" to 600+ contacts. It did not send but scheduled for 2 or 2+ hours later when I really needed it sent right away. I was headed out the door to my Daughter's bday dinner after I sent the emails, or so I thought.  That was at 2pm.  I tried to chat about the issue as I realized the email did not send. I was provided an explanation that did not resolve the problem and the explanation did not coincide with the details that I provided, which ultimately resulted in duplicate scheduled e-mails. The

    Primary address for creating mailing labels

    Task:

    Printing labels for mailings.

    Problem:

    If a contact has 2 "investment" properties and a "home" address.  The system will print 3 labels instead of just the "home" address.  

    Resolution:

    We need the ability to set an address as the "primary" address.

    System is completely void of any type of cohesive relationship between an agent and an assistant. The object is create a seamless environment in which to communicate (via email and text) with my clients and the only way to do this if my assistant logs into my LionDesk account to send a personalized email from me?  Having two users trying to use the same account.  As a developer you'll see the many issues that following this scenario.  As unacquainted as Top Producer is.     Cannot check boxes on autopilot drip

    Sometimes I want to remove a contact from part or all of their autopilot, but I can't reach the check boxes. They're hiding outside the view, so I can't check them.

    Spouses social media accounts only displays if on separate LD profiles.

    LD does not accommodate spouses that each have social media accounts on one LD profile page, so I'm forced to create a profile for each spouse. There is no way to link 2 LD profile pages for spouses either. Therefore, when I print a label for a card, the spouses names are on separate labels. Please advise.

    Bulk Mailing / Contact List: Adding, Removing, Editing

    Logged in as my boss (the main account owner) to see why the contacts do not have a Contact List Category: "Agents" as we bulk uploaded it with the contacts.

     

    I went into one of his Contacts

    Clicked on -->Edit

    theTag carried over (he can see the tag I gave it)

    the Contact Source carried over

    the Contact Status  carried over

    the Contact Type carried over

    However Select Lists didn’t carry over. Even though “Active Prospects” is on Liondesk's default list.

     

    Working as a team - and seeing the contacts were uploaded within his account - we should all be able to see

    Bulk Actions / To, CC, or BCC

    It would help to bulk email to a BCC list - such as an upcoming Open House we want to share with other agents.  However keep the Agents' email addresses anonymous.

    Once bulk email is engaged it appears we cannot sub-select whether the emails need to show up in To, or CC, or BCC.
