Reports>Leads Overview issue: with a database of over 5000 contacts, the report churns away and most times, even after 5-10 minutes, does not return with the report. This has been reported many times to support and have never received a satisfactory resolution or response.

It's appears to be a database performance/configuration problem on your end as I'm using a very fast internet connection 50 megabit+ and on agent accounts without access to the full database the report returns in a reasonable amount of time of usually no more than 30 seconds.

The report is used to manage timely response and followup of leads as a management tool and is critical to overall lead management.
