    Add new contact button on header so that I can be accessed on any page

    Too often I find myself having to navigate to access the contacts page to add a new contact. Since adding new contacts is a PRIMARY function, shouldn’t there be a button at the top to do so, no matter what area your in? That would help speed the process by a few seconds when you get a new hot lead. Also, adding to the app would be great as well.

    Contacts who Unsubscribe from Assigned User

    Contacts who unsubscribe to the assigned team member should not be unsubscribed from the rest of the team, only the person whose content the client didn't want to receive. Other team members or the owner of the lead should be able to contact them via email.

    Clients/ spouses with different last names

    Most of my clients have a different last name from their spouse. Even if married. The system does not account for this in mailing labels and emails. This needs to be addressed. Something as simple as printing mailing labels takes a lot of back tracking to update the ones that print incorrectly.

    Also when entering first names for email you need to enter both into the first name box. The spouse name should auto populate in an email if that is needed.

    Please allow for multiple auto pilot drip campaigns to be automatically assigned to leads routed into the sytem.

    I would like to be able to have leads routed into the CRM assigned be 2 auto pilot drip campaigns, 1 that is text only and will automatically discontinue upon reply and 2 and email/phone call campaign that does not discontinue.

    Allow (Contact Card) .vcf files to be uploaded to Document Manager

    Please allow for the uploading of .vcf (contact card) files to the document center so they can be attached to the first email of a drip campaign.  This would allow me to easily be entered in their contacts and include all of the emails, phone numbers, etc. that I use without having to explain that to the user. (i.e. Text-To-Cell vs. Cell Phone)

    This would REALLY help with spam issues many are having, even though there are other ways to solve that.

    For Recurring Tasks use Date Fields from the Contact Data Base in addition to Calendar dates

    Allow the use of Date fields from in the contact data base such as Birthday and Anniversary to be the basis for a recurring task.  An recurring auto-drip campaign can be set up to send Birthday or Anniversary email templates or texts to the selected contact based on on the date field. Now a specific calendar task must be set up separately for each contact.

    Transaction Follow-Up Plans

    Re: Transaction follow-up timelines. All activities currently trigger from only two points...Contract date and closing date. It would be nice to have conditional timelines. For instance... trigger an activity based on the completion of a previous activity.

    Example: I collect the EMD after the inspection process is complete. To keep things in order, I would like the EMD timeline to follow the inspection timeline, not the contract date. 

    If certain tasks/activities are delayed, subsequent tasks will likely also be delayed.

    "NOT" while searching LionDesk

    I'm new to LionDesk. I'm looking at my Contacts Filters and I can't find the "NOT" control. Surely, there must be a "NOT" control somewhere. If not, you need a NOT! Please respond. Dave

    What works well: Front end lead tracking and contact management.

    Gaping Hole: There is nothing in place to track and navigate a transaction.

    Suggestions:

    1. Combine buyers and listings into a single table. The idea is that if you are working with a buyer - a seller - both or even a property management client that they are all revenue events. So a “deal” is anything you get paid on. You could easily have a deal “ 123 Main St or Jones Listing” and then have a value list that identifies the type of deal: Buyer, Listing, Dual Agency, Rental,

    Route Planner

    Would be great to have Routing Capabilities built into LionDesk. Something where we could put all the addresses in for a days showing tour and have LionDesk route them by time and proximity.  Would need a sliding scale to set the time spent at each home.  Just an idea.  Thanks

    Realty Juggler automatically puts a link in a contacts profile linking to the properties address on zillow.. this is very helpful.  Can this please be added?

    It would be much easier to have a link to edit a template directly from the campaign task list.  It's very cumbersome to go back and forth between templates and drip campaigns searching for all associated templates and tasks.

    Add logic to zip code fields when importing

    Imports are required to be in CSV format, which eliminates the ability to save numeric zip codes with leading zeros.  There should be some sort of logic/check process when importing data that asks the user if they want LD to add a leading zero to any zip code that has less than 5 characters.  OR - there should be a bulk-update option on field data based on field length.

    Allow import/mapping of contact address to the 'Mailing" address fields

    The fields available at time of import/field mapping do not include the 'Mailing Address' fields.  If users have 'Primary' addresses for their contacts, this forces them to identify those addresses as "Home" or "Office" or some other specific address type, which is misleading. It also seems unnecessary to create custom fields for this as the 'Mailing' address fields already exist.
