Clients/ spouses with different last names

Most of my clients have a different last name from their spouse. Even if married. The system does not account for this in mailing labels and emails. This needs to be addressed. Something as simple as printing mailing labels takes a lot of back tracking to update the ones that print incorrectly.

Also when entering first names for email you need to enter both into the first name box. The spouse name should auto populate in an email if that is needed.

Hi Rick,

Exactly! Seems fairly easy to me. And every other CRM I have used does it that way. This is a big headache for emails and mailing labels.

Hey Tim,

I agree with this. It would be nice if a "Mailing Label" field were added that by default populated with the primary contact and secondary contacts first and last names. But also while doing this it would be great to have a "Greeting" field that would self populate with the contacts first name(s). So if a contact was made of Bob Smith and Mary Jones, the Mailing Label would self populate with "Bob Smith and Mary Jones" and the greeting would self populate with "Bob and Mary". But if the contact only had a primary contact the Mailing Label would populate with "Bob Smith" and the greeting would populate with "Bob".
