    Ability to send out lead information by email.

    Hi

    I need the ability to send to one email address, the name/email/phone etc of a contact one by one. So when john doe tells me he will need financing, I can email or text a message to call xxx at abc mortgage phone/email/website and then forward that buyers info to that mortgage contact.

    Right now, the only real place we have to customize the campaign emails we send other than text is the emailsignature field.

    I'd like to see one MAIN variable added right away, and 2 others added as well.

    First one (high-priority): {{brokeragename}}  Many of my emails contain my brokerage name.  As we just went through a name change and rebranding, I have to search and replace each instance by hand.  Would be MUCH easier if this were a variable / Liondesk code.

    Second two variables would be {{emailheader}} and {{emailfooter}}.  Would allow for some HTML branding to make emails look

    Show Contacts Name on caller ID when they call in

    I would like the ability to see a the name of a contact that is in my database when they call my custom number so that I Know that a contact from LionDesk is calling me.

    drip campaign of tasks with manually editing content, adding attachments and date setup

    As unacquainted as Top Producer is, not desirable, but they had a great way to set up a drip campaign of tasks with manually editing content, adding attachments and date setup.

    This could eliminate the use of "drip campaigns" and property "transaction plans" into one management plan system that could be applied to both clients and transactions.  Making it very flexible and functional.

    If I could just get a few features from that system melded into this one. LionDesk would be an ultimate CRM contender.

    Any response to this feature?

    Addition to Activity Options

    Add "Delivered Promotional item" or something similar to the activity section. Allows you to differentiate between sending an item through the mail and showing up at a clients house.

    Add dialer capability to task section

    You guys really need to add the ability to select leads in the task section and then power dial the checked leads. I unfortunately just found out that when I sort leads by next task, the past due ones I need to hammer thru with the dialer, do not show up! This was the whole reason I got the dialer to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Major buyer's remorse right now

    Ability to push LionDesk calendar to Google Calendar, or subscribe to LionDesk Calendar (so you can view on mobile)

    There is currently no way to view the Calendar view on mobile for tasks. I need the ability to be able to see, in calendar view, all of my tasks in LionDesk, ideally integrated with my normal Google calendar.

    A few ideas of how to accomplish this:

    1) Add Calendar to the LionDesk mobile app

    2) Add ability for 2-way sync with Google Calendar, so LionDesk tasks show up on Google Calendar as well

    3) Add iCal subscription option, so we can at a minimum subscribe to the LionDesk calendar on iPhone/Android.

    CLOSINGS - More Features for Closings

    Closing Feature Request:

    1.  Ability to change the closing dates and have the activities that follow change their dates.

    2.  Have a separate tab for the closed properties (listings, closings, and fell through)

    3.  Have a better User Interface so it doesn't look crowded in the property manager section          (Separate the listings and the closings)

    4.  Need ability to add the closing parties in the property manager not just n the contacts (so it won't get mixed up if they have a new transaction with us.

    We need the ability to pull in more real geeks sources. Real Geeks already adds more sources. We would love to have you pull then in on your end so that we could add drip campaigns that match the source.

    Consolidated Template and Auto Pilot View

    The Template view in the Marketing tab is nice in that I can see on one screen all of the created content including text and emails. But I can't see the schedule of delivery for those items as they are applied in the auto-pilot tab.

    The auto-pilot tab is nice in that I can see the sequence and timing of all emails and texts, but I can't see the content of the emails in that view.

    It would be nice to have an option in templates to display all text AND email content, so you can really get a feel

    Track commission with details (averages, referral fees, bonus, etc)

    Would like to be able to fully track commissions within LD.  Ability to add in or deduct fees and referrals.  Would also like to be able to see Averages, like # of transactions/sides, Average sale price, average commission earned.  Then be able to pull those for any specific period of time.

    Show LionDesk custom number as caller ID on click to call

    I would like people to see my LionDesk custom number on their caller ID when I use the click to call feature. Mojo allows you to have any number you want as the outbound caller ID.

    This would help make the customer/lead/contact's experience more seamless when they receive a call followed by a text.

    Selective Activity Timeline Display

    With all of the activity that comes in the timeline, it would be nice to be able to select two or more tabs concurrently instead of it being "one or all". I'd suggest that if there was a check box at the top of each tab (Comments, Sent/Received, Opened, Clicked, Calls, Text, Direct Mail and Website Activity) so that you could say check "Comments" and "Calls" and have these display in date descending order.

    Search Contacts Field Opens New Tab

    I'm often on a LionDesk page that I want to keep open, but I also need to pop open a contact record. It would be a GREAT ENHANCEMENT if when you search for a contact using the "Search Contacts" field in the top right corner, if it would either open the contact in a new tab, or let you CTRL-CLICK so that it opens in a new tab. I know the new version is coming out in the foreseeable future, but if this isn't included, any chance it could be squeezed in?

    Allow Emojis in Text and Email Templates for Automatic Campaigns

    Please add the option to utilize emojis in text and email templates so we can have them go out in automated campaigns. The use of emojis increases our interaction rates with clients tremendously.

    Daily Contact Activity Report

    It would be helpful to have an Daily Contact Activity Report in spreadsheet format that can be downloaded. I report to my team leader the number of calls for different types of leads, CRE, Distressed, Expired, etc. and several other activities. If I can run a Contact Activity Report for each day, then I can download it, filter by contact, and count my totals for the day.  If it shows the Activity Notes, even better!  

    It might need to be setup as a separate Contact Table that is auto-generated for the day.  I'm know there are a bunch of LionDesk

    Contact Record - "Add Activity" Drop Down Options - Would like Ability to Edit.

    When you are in a Contact record and click on "Add Activity" you are given a list of drop down options. Comments is the only one that give you the option to edit or delete. It would be nice if we had the option to edit or delete the others.
