    Received Text Filter and option for Templates in the Texting Center

    Here are the some examples of what we talked about over the phone. I think this would be an awesome feature for LD. The biggest benefit is from a follow up standpoint.

    This would mean that we could filter every contact on the contacts page in the order we last received a message from them! (That's a game changer, thanks to the 'previous' and 'next' buttons!)

    This would also allow us to use our texting templates when replying to contacts. (The text templates are not accessible via texting center, weird)

    The same way there is a saved email signature it would be nice to be able to save a default text message signature to go out on all outgoing text messages.

    Remove LionDesk branding from video emails

    1) If I click contacts, then add new contact, the office phone number field isn't present. To add it, I have to create the contact, save it, go back to the contact menu, find the contact, click view, then edit contact and then it appears. I assume this is a known issue?

    2) Why is there not a default field for website when adding a contact? I use my CRM to manage clients, but also service providers, and being able to pull up a website or send it to a client is really useful. I've created a custom field, but

    Make it possible for tags to allow you to trigger actions. for example, adding or removing a tag for a borrower triggers them to come off a specific CRM or be added to a specific CRM.

    Team Sharing for Google Sync Tab

    Have a way for the Google Sync tab be able to be shared with Team Members. Instead of having to sign out of one account and into another to view them every time. Team Members will be able to view the last correspondence/time stamp for each contact shared.  Huge time saver and requested by a Brokerage.

    Update autodrip campaigns when new tasks are added for those already on the drip

    Upon updating an auto drip campaign, there is no way to have the new tasks added for those already on the campaign. This requires building an additional campaign for those already on the campaign. The system should be able to accommodate adding additional tasks later in the drip and update the campaign for those already on the campaign.

    Display more columns on the Deals page

    There is a lot of white space unused on the Deals page for most displays. It would be helpful to have an option to display more columns on the page to make use of the empty space.

    Send Notes in Agent Reminders

    When setting an Agent Task - Email Reminder, it only shows the reminder, and none of the notes. If someone is on the go, they don't want to have to go into LionDesk to see all of the notes. An update to see all of the notes when sending the email would be ideal.

    Settings-Level Variables (Liondesk Codes) for Campaigns

    Right now, the only real place we have to customize the campaign emails we send other than text is the emailsignature field.

    I'd like to see one MAIN variable added right away, and 2 others added as well.

    First one (high-priority): {{brokeragename}}  Many of my emails contain my brokerage name.  As we just went through a name change and rebranding, I have to search and replace each instance by hand.  Would be MUCH easier if this were a variable / Liondesk code.

    Second two variables would be {{emailheader}} and {{emailfooter}}.  Would allow for some HTML branding to make emails look

    As unacquainted as Top Producer is, not desirable, but they had a great way to set up a drip campaign of tasks with manually editing content, adding attachments and date setup.

    This could eliminate the use of "drip campaigns" and property "transaction plans" into one management plan system that could be applied to both clients and transactions.  Making it very flexible and functional.

    If I could just get a few features from that system melded into this one. LionDesk would be an ultimate CRM contender.

    Any response to this feature?

    Ability to push LionDesk calendar to Google Calendar, or subscribe to LionDesk Calendar (so you can view on mobile)

    There is currently no way to view the Calendar view on mobile for tasks. I need the ability to be able to see, in calendar view, all of my tasks in LionDesk, ideally integrated with my normal Google calendar.

    A few ideas of how to accomplish this:

    1) Add Calendar to the LionDesk mobile app

    2) Add ability for 2-way sync with Google Calendar, so LionDesk tasks show up on Google Calendar as well

    3) Add iCal subscription option, so we can at a minimum subscribe to the LionDesk calendar on iPhone/Android.

    Consolidated Template and Auto Pilot View

    The Template view in the Marketing tab is nice in that I can see on one screen all of the created content including text and emails. But I can't see the schedule of delivery for those items as they are applied in the auto-pilot tab.

    The auto-pilot tab is nice in that I can see the sequence and timing of all emails and texts, but I can't see the content of the emails in that view.

    It would be nice to have an option in templates to display all text AND email content, so you can really get a feel
