When typing out an email to a contact, I'd love to be able to drag the email window to a different spot so I can look at some info on the contact record that's looming behind it. 

User could clone and edit each template.  So add clone template button and user could copy to new folder at the time of cloning if wanted 

I'm wondering why when entering a request for change or software modification you have users leave the LionDesk application and enter a new application.   There should be a way to comment within the existing page.  A cool feature about that is you might be able to take a screen shot and capture information to address the concern as you build out this support in the future.

you allow user to build list of call dispositions.  A pop down menu for is offered for power dialing but not click to call.   Please add same pop down option to click to call.  Currently the option is either edit or remove.  Offering 3 icons would serve this purpose: edit, drop down, remove.

I would like to be able to adjust the width of a column.  Currently if I have email as my first field and someone has an email that is 400 characters then no other fields will display.   

While i appreciate the ability to select the fields to display and their order being able to change width would be add a lot of functionality.

I would like to search by people that I have sent texts to but who have not responded.  I don't see a way to do that.

You seem to be using a private SMTP server that is not associated with gmail.  So I cannot see an email that I sent out on your system in my email client or in gmail or on my iPhone.  I can only see what is received under that email address.  I need cross functionality.  I need the option to send my emails out from my own smtp server or through my gmail's smtp server so that I can view outgoing messages.  Without that cross functionality the emailing is cute but not functional as I have 7 other email addresses and

The text and email should specify the address and price of the property rather than just the zip code.  This would allow a filter to be created for Price range in team distribution settings.

It's silly that you can't have the Closing Date as Open or Unselected when you have a listing with no contract on it.  The default is to have the listing with the date you entered it as a listing as the closing date.  This prevents you from properly being able to see what's going on at a glance or it hurts with the sorting function if you are sorting by closing date.

Status needs to be able to be edited as needed.  Your Status criteria are too limited.

Merge is essentially worthless right now, in fact, it's worse than that, it's destructive.  It randomly deletes data.  If you have one contact with a name and email and another with just an email, then it will delete the name.  If you have a spouse, it will delete the spouse.  If you have it assigned to someone on your team, it will unassigned the team member.  You should merge all info and find a way to keep all data even if the same email is kept twice, under email 1 and email 2.  You should also provide a way to

It would be really nice if we add new categories directly from the drop down menu when entering tasks. Maybe a "create new" field in the drop down choices? Similar to the way you do it in Pinterest when you have a new pin with no relevant boards to pin it to, you can just create a new one right there in the drop down.
