I would like to see the ability to view client documents from the mobile app. The ability to scan in client documents such as listing agreements and buyer disclosure forms is fantastic, but I would really like the ability to view these documents while on the go from the mobile app. I know there are some other products such as "Insightly" that include this feature.

Last update to the system was 9 months ago. When can we expect an implementation of anything new or fixes?

Please vote for this change that will make out lives easier and make lion desk more money, Sounds like a no brainer to me.

Simply add a "Share contact with other lion desk users" and allow us to select people who are not team members.

As you know, we can add team members and share ALL contacts but not all with some and a few with others. I want to have my team but be also able to collaborate with other outside agents and lenders and share notes and contact info. There is a "Share lead"

We use Zendesk Chat in our websites. Please integrate with Zendesk Chat and to allow adding capturing leads from Zendesk

From the prospective of me using a phone or any other chat system to send and receive text messages.  All text communications exhibit my text/chat bubbles on the right and the person I'm texting/chatting with are on the left.

LionDesk text communications are the opposite and it's really messing me up.

If we are paying customers then any sample from "John Smith" should not exist. I dislike receiving "Your LionDesk Daily Update" with "John Smith" data in it. I'd rather see nothing, if I have nothing.

Add a 1 click button on the campaign tab within a campaign to change Campaign to come from Campaign Initiator to Any other agent or assignee (instead of having to do that change one-by-one on each of the pieces of content)

Add Contact Type to the FB connection mapping options.

Include the Website Activity on Daily Updates emails to keep track of web signups, etc. 

Prebuilt quick search buttons for "hot" activity of a lead on Dashboard - such as clicking links, opening mail, logging in (if API connection to website) etc.

Searches for those prospects in particular campaigns and removing campaigns in bulk from anyone on that campaign with a quick one button click

We had a user call in that suggested we allow contacts to automatically update based on same name + mobile number, along with our existing parameter of leads updating based on email address
