Here's what she told me on 1/16.

 "Right now, our product team is focused on the portal quality search product and our own internal CRM integration.

So, while a deeper integration may be something we can consider at some point in the future. Right now, it is now scheduled given current priorities.

 We will always support clients to choose whatever CRM they’d like to use."
