I want to be able to send an email to a select group of users. For example: If I find a property that would work for 5-6 people, I want to be able to click their names from the contact list, and email them some details and a link. Right now I would have to create a template email and send them individually (unless i'm mistaken). It would be much simpler to add an activity under "bulk actions", like "send X selected contacts an email".

Need the ability to add a general video text to the templates so that you can add one to an autopilot campaign. If this was an available feature, I would purchase texts. Right now, with the options we do have, I can do the exact same thing on my phone for free. 

It would be nice to have a feature which automatically detects whether an email address that was entered for the contact onto the system is valid or not (whether manually or from other lead sources that are coming into lion desk) I always spell the email address out with the contact to make sure I got it correct, however from online leads; prospect usually enter their email addresses incorrectly by mistake or there are spams. In the property manager, it would be tremendously helpful & useful for buyer prospects to receive email or text notifications of properties that match their criteria.

For example, I add the following home onto property (listing) manager.

123 John street New York, NY 10016 Property Type: 2 Family home price: $500,000 Style: fully detached Beds: 6 Bath: 3 Basement: finished Property description: new construction 2 family home in a prime location, etc etc

Give the ability to edit a scheduled email directly from the Scheduled emails area.

New lead comes in at midnight, want a campaign that starts with "we're sleeping right now, but we'll be in touch with you first thing in the morning!"

We would love to see an "end date" added to the calendar for time blocking. Several agents on my team LIVE by their calendars and miss having this function from the last CRM we used. Also, a way to view the calendar in "week view" as a default. Thank you!

Could there be options added such as "Meeting Scheduled" and "Home Showings"? I know there is a comment option, but sometimes specifics help.
