Multiple Names Fields For Deals
Someone suggested that we put in multiple name/contact fields for the deal sections in Liondesk. That way if a husband and wife are in contacts, both can receive it instead of just one.

I would love to be able to make better use of the "Deals" section. Currently it allows for so little information that's it's practically useless. What I've missed from previous CRM's is the ability to have dates stored there (Inspection deadlines, finance/appraisal deadlines, etc). Also being able to tag the title company, lender, associated with the file. I know I can do this with the individual, but sometimes we do multiple transactions with a client and they don't use the same people. One last thing I would add is a field where we could store notes from lead calls associated

Manage Access/Exporting of Leads
One thing that was suggested was a way for the Broker to be able to control the export of leads, so that leads that come in through the team, belong to the team. If you are trying to export leads that belong to the broker or team leader, you won't be able to.

Click to call: Automatic input of what number was called on call log.
When on a contact page, I use the click to call often. When they have more than one phone number, I have to edit the call log notes and manually enter which number (home, mobile, etc. and the number itself) I called. Is there a way for liondesk to do this automatically?

Creating New Templates from Folders
A subscriber suggested this:Dynamically populate Name in Green box to the Active Folder Name. As the list of folders push down many are out of sight so it is a little confusing to know exactly what Folder you are in, therefore easy to put in wrong folder.

Suggestion: Seeing Multiple Deals in Teamshare View
A subscriber called in and asked why his team members deals are able to be viewed as one category, showing the total of two deals combined instead of each deal separately. He has a broker admin account and wants to be able to see each of his team members' deals individually so he can make sure that each person is utilizing the leads instead of neglecting them.

Pricing option with routing rules.
David knows I want this.
A big factor in deciding whether to have all our agents get LD is the routing rules. IF there were zip code rules and pricing rules that were able to route and send the maximum amount of lead info to an agent we would use LD for all agents and not rely on FiveStreet and Zillow to do our routing. Zillow's system of routing is a good model and much better than Realtor.com and FiveStreet.

This single innovation would be a true game-changer for everybody. What do you think?

Be able to switch numbers within the Power Dialer
If there are multiple numbers, one user suggested that we improve the system so that you can decide what number the Power Dialer calls, or be able to call the second number if the first number doesn't go through in a session.

Change comment date under Activity.
Allow to change date of comment entered under activity on contact instead of just current date stamp of actual time entered

Newsletters
Agents want newsletter templates for them to send to their clients on a weekly or monthly basis.

Email Integration
Be able to pull ALL emails into the Contact Activity Timeline.

Have round robin and time based roll out combined.
If an agent doesn't claim a lead it will push down to the next agent. This would help if an agent is on vacation or out sick the lead doesn't just stand there with no activity .

Delete Text Messages
In the Texting Center under communications, be able to delete text messages to clean up that area and only keep who you're actively talking to.

Be Able to Sort by Contacts Without Tags
Either be able to click on the header on the contacts table, or have a filter option for contacts with no tags.

Back end integration with RealGeeks for Video Texting/Email Tracking
There should be a way to integrate with RealGeeks similar to BombBomb that allows for the tracking of video texts and emails from within RealGeeks that have been sent through LionDesk. Love the video text and email features of LionDesk but would like to be able to track reads and receipts from within RealGeeks.

Add commissions as a percentage in Deals
Commissions should be able to be percentages rather than having to manually calculate an amount.

Allow tasks to have comments added to them
For instance, if there is a meeting set with multiple contacts, it would be nice to add comments to all their profiles based on that one task.

Add a much larger database for link clicks in body of emails. The dashboard section contains a limited number and get buried quickly. Valuable info for us.

Properties - Populate information from contact
Properties should be able to populate information from the added contact rather than having to type it in again.
