AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks - Would Like Full Display on Emails
On a contacts page, under the AutoPilot Drip Campaign section, it would be nice if you could click on a scheduled email and see what the detail of the email is. Currently, you only see the subject line.

Custom content excluded or use default value if empty
When inserting custom content in communication templates (LionDesk content, ie. customer name, {{firstname}}, etc.), do not send {{firstname}} if the customer's first_name field is blank. And similarly across other blank LionDesk custom content fields.
Alternatively, we could replace {{firstname}} with "there" in case of use in the salutation; however, this does not work effectively using "there" in place of {{firstname}} elsewhere in an email or text.

Overdue Tasks On Dashboard "Current Tasks Due"
Though I understand that the system calendar is available to review past events, tasks, etc., it would be nice if on the Dashboard "Current Tasks Due" section if we could have an option to by range of date show past incomplete tasks. Perhaps a couple of common choices like "7 Days Overdue", "30 Days Overdue" and then offer options to fill in a beginning and end date range.

Remove Tasks
On occasion, I need to remove many or even all future tasks assigned to a prospect. Unless there's another quick way, currently I have to click delete dozens of times (with a bit of a delay between each delete) to clear future scheduled holiday tasks, phone calls, etc. It would be nice if there was a way to click at the top of the tasks columns to mark "all", and then be able to delete in one shot.

Calendar View to Include Google Calendar "Schedule" Type view
It's nice to have a calendar view that can be by Month, Week or Day. But what would be most helpful is to have a calendar view that would be the equivalent of the Google Calendar "Schedule" view, which lists in line item, sequential order all tasks/events that are on the calendar.

As a user, I want to be able to create a contact by processing a photograph of their business card, so I do not have to manually enter a contact’s details

AutoPilot Multiple Assignments
Frequently I'll want to assign more than one AutoPilot at a time to a prospect. Example, I receive a Facebook lead and I want to put them on an auto-search matching their criteria, put them on a Facebook prospect drip campaign, and apply a holiday drip campaign for each of the next four years. Currently that takes about 20 clicks to do. It would be nice if when the apply campaigns dialog box popped up if you could multiple select several campaigns at one time.

Recurring Dates Option for AutoPilot
For holiday events, a number of them fall on the third Monday, or the fourth Thursday, etc. I'd like to be able to set up one AutoPilot for holidays and have it work every year, rather than having to duplicate a holiday AutoPilot for each year just to accommodate some of these odd holiday dates.

TAGS: make shareable and managed by the account owner
In a team environment, the Admin (owner) of the account with sub-agents should be able to manipulate/manage/change/control any of the TAGS and have them trickle down to the sub-agents for use. Many sub-agents create tags that might not follow a scheme desired by the Admin/Owner. Searching for contacts using tags by the account owner becomes impossible as the Admin/Owner is searching by a certain tag and the sub-agent has tagged it differently. (Example: Realtor vs Agent)

Share all administrator rights with a team member
My wife and I are building a team using Liondesk as the CRM for the team. Both she and I need to have complete access to everything in the system. As it stands I can add her to the team, but she doesn't see properties, deals, etc that she hasn't personally added to the system.
Sure, we can share a username/password, but this is not sustainable as our team continues to grow. There's a not so far off future where we may want to assign some or all of the administrative rights to someone on the team.

Make tags shareable
I have a team that I'm planning to build out and use Liondesk as the team's CRM. I find it frustrating that team members who join my team don't have access to the tags that I've placed on a contact.
For example, I have a contact who I have tagged as a lawyer, investor, and private money lender. I'd like my entire team to filter for any of those tags and find this person. Currently the only workaround I'm aware of is to use the contact type field, but this allows only one selection.
This makes no sense.

Quick Add Task Request
When creating a quick task via a contacts profile LionDesk Users do not have the option to select "No Reminder" from the selection screen. It would convenient to have this feature so that users don't have to go in and edit the task after they have created a follow up and want no reminder.

Allow Column Configuration to be Saved in Contact Page
I spend a fair amount of time on the contacts page where you can view and or select in a table like mode multiple contacts. The contact name in that table is by first and last name. I much prefer to have that table display in last name order. In addition, there are a number of fields that show by default that I don't need. Lastly, I prefer to always show the maximum number of contacts at one time, 200, rather than the default 10. It would be nice if once the columns are set up that you could click

Make Contact Activity Timeline, Tasks and AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks Boxes Expandable
In the same way many data entry boxes on various web sites can be expanded by dragging the bottom corner of the box downward to allow the box to "grow", it would be nice if you could do the same on the Contact Activity Timeline, Tasks and AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks boxes. Sometimes if you need to see the flow of information in these, the boxes are too small to really look up and down to see the flow. Their default sizes are fine, but allowing these to be expanded would be really helpful.

Add Filter to AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks Section of Contact Record
It would be nice if in the AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks section of a contact record if you could filter on those AutoPilots that have been applied to the contact. This way, if you need to delete all tasks related to on AutoPilot, it would be very easy to pick these out. One other thought, on deleting multiple tasks in a previously applied AutoPilot, it would be nice if in the AutoPilot section on the contact, you could click a box next to each task item, and then click on "Delete All Marked" tasks.

Quick Delete All Tasks In Campaign
When a drip campaign has been applied to a contact, and you want to delete ALL tasks in the campaign, it would be nice if you click on one of the tasks and then click the delete button, if the system would ask if you want to delete just the one task or all tasks in the campaign.
