Instead of having to look at individual calendars, they want a calendar option to see the whole team in one place.

Custom fields associated with dates should have the option to be viewed on the calendar.

Let team members' contact activity optionally show up on the dashboard
For teams with team sharing on, it would be nice to have the option to view the contact activity of other team members in the dashboard the same way you can turn this on for other pages.

Recurring emails
Be able to set a recurring email in a drip campaign to go out on the first of the month instead of a certain amount of days out. This would be used for newsletters, and in those instances that drip campaigns are put on a contact in the middle of the month - they still want the newsletter to go out on the 1st of the month.

Email notifications for text leads
It would be useful to get email notifications when someone texts your shortcode, as well as distribute those text leads to other agents on your team.

Like/comment if you agree with these much needed upgrades...
1) If I click contacts, then add new contact, the office phone number field isn't present. To add it, I have to create the contact, save it, go back to the contact menu, find the contact, click view, then edit contact and then it appears. I assume this is a known issue?
2) Why is there not a default field for website when adding a contact? I use my CRM to manage clients, but also service providers, and being able to pull up a website or send it to a client is really useful. I've created a custom field, but

Sync with Google Docs
Clients would like to sync with Google Docs so that they can have more storage space, and so they can attach documents from Google instead of importing them into LD.

Lender login
It would be nice to have the lender have their own login rather than having to have an account; they just need to access and make notes on the leads, not have their own.

It would be nice to be able to use bulk action to change ownership or change contact type

It would be helpful if you could select data in the column view of the contacts page and edit directly.

adding/removing tags trigger actions to CRMs
Make it possible for tags to allow you to trigger actions. for example, adding or removing a tag for a borrower triggers them to come off a specific CRM or be added to a specific CRM.

Team Sharing for Google Sync Tab
Have a way for the Google Sync tab be able to be shared with Team Members. Instead of having to sign out of one account and into another to view them every time. Team Members will be able to view the last correspondence/time stamp for each contact shared. Huge time saver and requested by a Brokerage.

Let existing contacts be started on a drip when they get pushed as a lead into the system
If a user does advertising to past clients and they get pushed into the system from a landing page, it's good that they don't get added as a duplicate contact and there's no new lead alert, but it would be useful if they could still be started on a drip from lead distribution settings.

Export notes
Notes do not currently export when doing a contact export. These would be really helpful!

Record conversations on the power dialer
It'd be nice to be able to record conversations in the power dialer, even if they were just to be downloaded.

Create a "Notes" box within a contact profile for quick reference on contact.
Once inside a contact profile have a separate box from the Activity Timeline, Deals, Tasks, etc that you can leave notes regarding contact that you can go in and freely edit without having to search.

Be able to edit text templates
HTML, or short links. Right now the texting is very limited.

Allow using Home Phone and Work Phone from the Power Dialer
Sometimes a contact has multiple phone numbers and it would be nice to be able to queue these in the dialer if they don't answer on the primary number.
