Ability to purge unsubscribes within date ranges.
I have over 10,000 contacts so eliminating unsubscribes to make things more managable would be a big plus. Unsubscribes end up getting counted in total sends and total contacts. It would be way to tedious to do them one by one from the email reporting section.
I mention within a date range as I like to export the full data base including unsubscribes and it is very useful in analyzing data as in leads from zillow and realtor.com and agents assigned to and price ranges.

Certain data bases are very slow to load. Primarily the dashboard and recent activity and the texting center.
Clearing the browser cache does help but not for very long. It is not feasible or desirable to be clearing the browser cache once a day.

Unsubscribed Contacts - Automatically Tagged under contact profile
I would like to see an automatic "tag" placed on the contacts that unsubscribe to emails so that it can easily be searched in the contacts "FILTER" feature. Now you have to go to reporting, search unsubscribed contacts, go to the contacts and place your own tag manually. This is just another step for the agents to have to do. This would be an easy implementation feature upon them clicking the unsubscribe link. Thanks!

Be able to text spouse without having to create a second contact for them .
When you have the spouse info within the main contact have an option to send them a text msg without having to create a separate contact for the spouse.

Create new contact from anywhere in the system
It would be great if there was a global "New Contact" button. To enter a new contact, I have to navigate to the new contact section and wait while it populates with the last list I used.
On incoming calls etc, these extra few seconds are less than ideal....

Mass Social Media Search
We should be able to search social media for any number of contacts that we want instead of having to go into each contact individually.

Clients/ spouses with different last names
Most of my clients have a different last name from their spouse. Even if married. The system does not account for this in mailing labels and emails. This needs to be addressed. Something as simple as printing mailing labels takes a lot of back tracking to update the ones that print incorrectly.
Also when entering first names for email you need to enter both into the first name box. The spouse name should auto populate in an email if that is needed.

Automatically stop the campaign after prospect's reply
When prospects make an inquiry online, you reach out to them and they don't answer. You put them on a campaign for example "initial contact attempt" telling them you have been trying to reach them till certain number of attempts, etc... I'd love to see a feature of having the campaign stop/be completed after the client replies to that email or text. This is specially helpful when agents are not by the computer to manually remove/stop/complete the task from that prospect.

Drip Campaign - Have an option to let it re-occur. Much like a task can be re-occurring
I have a campaign to send e-mails about listings to other local Realtors. It is a 3 week campaign. Would like the option to have this campaign re-occur after it finishes.

Connect return text to real mobile phone number.
When sending a text from within LD and then getting a return text that return text does not go my cell phone number. Without the phone app I get no alert or notification. With the phone app coming that latter part is not a big deal.
Ideally when someone responds to the within LD custom number text it would then get forwarded to my real cell number.
Ring Central is a phone service we use that has things like this down to a science. Not sure if that will help. Hire an insider lol.
