Allow (Contact Card) .vcf files to be uploaded to Document Manager
Please allow for the uploading of .vcf (contact card) files to the document center so they can be attached to the first email of a drip campaign. This would allow me to easily be entered in their contacts and include all of the emails, phone numbers, etc. that I use without having to explain that to the user. (i.e. Text-To-Cell vs. Cell Phone)
This would REALLY help with spam issues many are having, even though there are other ways to solve that.

Please allow for multiple auto pilot drip campaigns to be automatically assigned to leads routed into the sytem.
I would like to be able to have leads routed into the CRM assigned be 2 auto pilot drip campaigns, 1 that is text only and will automatically discontinue upon reply and 2 and email/phone call campaign that does not discontinue.

Contacts who Unsubscribe from Assigned User
Contacts who unsubscribe to the assigned team member should not be unsubscribed from the rest of the team, only the person whose content the client didn't want to receive. Other team members or the owner of the lead should be able to contact them via email.

Have the ability to send already recorded videos from any camera app to my clients via my cell phone.
Will there be an ability upload videos and send to your contacts via cell phone soon? It seems as if you can only record videos. Not sure about emailing from phone. But I often record ad hoc videos and later want to sent them to my clients. Thanks!

Integration With Mojo
Can you please work with Mojo to integrate your services and have full 2-way sync like WiseAgent and Top Producer. I spoke with Mojo and they said they have been in contact with you and want to do the integration because a lot of their clients are using LionDesk. They are just waiting to hear back from you. Any chance LD will consider adding these features?
1.) Currently Liondesk only allows one campaign to be automatically assigned once a team member claims a lead. Ideally it'd be nice to be able to automatically assign multiple campaigns once the lead is claimed. One for nurturing, and the other a text/email campaign prompting a response that shuts down automatically once the lead responds. The problem I'm facing now if once the lead responds, it shuts down the entire campaign and I'd like them to continue receiving nurturing top of mind emails. Add an optional Property field when you create a task
Currently, if a task is to be associated with a Property, you must go into the Property Screen and Add a Plan.
There should be an optional Property Field whenever you add a task (from the contact screen, from Task menu, etc.)
No database changes are needed, simply add the optional field

What is the point of uploading documents if team members can't see them?
Documents should be shareable to team members, so that they don't also have to upload the same document

Adding / Modifying Templates to Previously Applied Auto Pilot Campaigns
I'm just starting with LionDesk and have hundreds of past clients that I want to set up on a drip campaign. I have no doubt that in time, I may want to change a template that's in the drip campaign or add other templates to the campaign. If I understand the current system, there is no option to change or add to a previously applied drip. So if I made a mistake or missed something when first creating the drip, I'd need to remove the drip from hundreds of clients, modify the drip, and then reapply it again to hundreds

Sort Order of Auto-Drip Content Should be Alphabetized
When I'm creating a drip and choose: Email Contact -> Select Folder, the items listed there are not alphabetized. I'm guessing they are in the last created date order, but I really would prefer this list to be sorted alphabetically. I have some folders with over 120 templates in them. It's very tiring to scan through these where there is no real organization other than the date the templates were created.

Change DELETE Confirmation to Check Box or "Are You Sure?"
I appreciate that LionDesk is careful when a user clicks "Delete Contact" and requires a second confirmation before deleting. I suspect in 99% of the cases someone clicks "delete", they really intended to do so. So for the 1% that's being protected, instead of requiring to take your hands off the mouse and then type in DELETE, could you just have a confirming check box for deleting? It would be quicker and conform to what every other application does with the "are you sure" kind of confirmation.

Add Filter Option Under "Other Contact Dates" to Included "Last 2,7,14, Etc. Days"
Presently under the filter option "Other Contact Dates", there is just an option for a date range. It would be great to have a couple of options like "Last 2 Days", "Last 5 Days", etc. This would be a filter you could then set up that would be dynamic, so I could save that filter and have easy access when I just want to see who I've contacted in a specified period of time, and that time would dynamically change. Hope that makes sense.

Quick Delete All Tasks In Campaign
When a drip campaign has been applied to a contact, and you want to delete ALL tasks in the campaign, it would be nice if you click on one of the tasks and then click the delete button, if the system would ask if you want to delete just the one task or all tasks in the campaign.

Add Filter to AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks Section of Contact Record
It would be nice if in the AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks section of a contact record if you could filter on those AutoPilots that have been applied to the contact. This way, if you need to delete all tasks related to on AutoPilot, it would be very easy to pick these out. One other thought, on deleting multiple tasks in a previously applied AutoPilot, it would be nice if in the AutoPilot section on the contact, you could click a box next to each task item, and then click on "Delete All Marked" tasks.

Make Contact Activity Timeline, Tasks and AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks Boxes Expandable
In the same way many data entry boxes on various web sites can be expanded by dragging the bottom corner of the box downward to allow the box to "grow", it would be nice if you could do the same on the Contact Activity Timeline, Tasks and AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks boxes. Sometimes if you need to see the flow of information in these, the boxes are too small to really look up and down to see the flow. Their default sizes are fine, but allowing these to be expanded would be really helpful.

Allow Column Configuration to be Saved in Contact Page
I spend a fair amount of time on the contacts page where you can view and or select in a table like mode multiple contacts. The contact name in that table is by first and last name. I much prefer to have that table display in last name order. In addition, there are a number of fields that show by default that I don't need. Lastly, I prefer to always show the maximum number of contacts at one time, 200, rather than the default 10. It would be nice if once the columns are set up that you could click

Quick Add Task Request
When creating a quick task via a contacts profile LionDesk Users do not have the option to select "No Reminder" from the selection screen. It would convenient to have this feature so that users don't have to go in and edit the task after they have created a follow up and want no reminder.
