Update contact details in table view
It would be nice to be able to update fields directly from table view rather than clicking to update and the find the field to update.

Automatically add contacts to lists as they come into liondesk based not only on source but on tags and/or checking of other fields eg. email address, phone. For example, leads come in without email addresses or phone numbers.
If phone is blank and email is blank ... add to delete contact list
If email is blank and phone is not blank add to (to be texted list)
If phone is blank and email is not blank add to (to be emailed list)

Filter by last call date
Suggestion! A filter for "Last time called" or "last call date" would be useful.
I have lots of internet leads on email drips, but my priority is to get them on the phone. So if I have emailed them 10 times but never called them, I want to make sure I call them, too.
I'm currently using power dialer to dial through my "Hotness-C" list.
(I categorize hotness as: A-past clients and great referral sources B-warm/SOI/likely to do business this year C-cold/strangers/new internet leads/who knows?)
And being able to filter for Power Dialer as "C" and "Not called this week"

Would be great if specific tasks could be added to be applied to bulk contacts on rotation.
Addition of a bulk task which creates daily tasks for a predetermined number of contacts, but rotates the contacts until the whole database is covered. For example, 10 client calls today, a different 10 client calls tomorrow, a different 10 client calls the next day, and so on. But all added with one bulk task.
Would be great to be able to select the number of recipients/day, the specific task, and the rate at which the rotation occurs.

Allow import/mapping of contact address to the 'Mailing" address fields
The fields available at time of import/field mapping do not include the 'Mailing Address' fields. If users have 'Primary' addresses for their contacts, this forces them to identify those addresses as "Home" or "Office" or some other specific address type, which is misleading. It also seems unnecessary to create custom fields for this as the 'Mailing' address fields already exist.

Add logic to zip code fields when importing
Imports are required to be in CSV format, which eliminates the ability to save numeric zip codes with leading zeros. There should be some sort of logic/check process when importing data that asks the user if they want LD to add a leading zero to any zip code that has less than 5 characters. OR - there should be a bulk-update option on field data based on field length.

Realty Juggler automatically puts a link in a contacts profile linking to the properties address on zillow.. this is very helpful. Can this please be added?

Route Planner
Would be great to have Routing Capabilities built into LionDesk. Something where we could put all the addresses in for a days showing tour and have LionDesk route them by time and proximity. Would need a sliding scale to set the time spent at each home. Just an idea. Thanks

Missing Pipeline (deals) Management and Critical "One to Many" (ex: One deal many people) Relationships.
What works well: Front end lead tracking and contact management.
Gaping Hole: There is nothing in place to track and navigate a transaction.
Suggestions:
1. Combine buyers and listings into a single table. The idea is that if you are working with a buyer - a seller - both or even a property management client that they are all revenue events. So a “deal” is anything you get paid on. You could easily have a deal “ 123 Main St or Jones Listing” and then have a value list that identifies the type of deal: Buyer, Listing, Dual Agency, Rental,

I'm new to LionDesk. I'm looking at my Contacts Filters and I can't find the "NOT" control. Surely, there must be a "NOT" control somewhere. If not, you need a NOT! Please respond. Dave
