I have a campaign to send e-mails about listings to other local Realtors.  It is a 3 week campaign.  Would like the option to have this campaign re-occur after it finishes.

Deals section - Edit the fields on a new deal, but will settle for making the closing date, commission, etc not required to create the new deal. 

Give the ability to edit a scheduled email directly from the Scheduled emails area.

When creating Tasks for Followup Plans. Assign the task to a Role and not a specific Person. People come and go - Roles Stay

Then when you add a property and select a followup plan you can assign who is:

Marketing

Transaction Coordinator

Listing Agent

Photographer

Sign Installer

to add "Date & Day of the Week" as LionDesk Variable Code? I would like to insert that onto subject and sometimes in the body of the email so the date automatically changes depending on the day the email is sent.

Quick question - Best Practices Just got a new listing, client is already on contacts. I will add to properties - does this also need to be added as a Deal? What is the Best Practice for adding a new listing?    

In the property manager, it would be tremendously helpful & useful for buyer prospects to receive email or text notifications of properties that match their criteria.

For example, I add the following home onto property (listing) manager.

123 John street New York, NY 10016 Property Type: 2 Family home price: $500,000 Style: fully detached Beds: 6 Bath: 3 Basement: finished Property description: new construction 2 family home in a prime location, etc etc

It would be nice to have a feature which automatically detects whether an email address that was entered for the contact onto the system is valid or not (whether manually or from other lead sources that are coming into lion desk) I always spell the email address out with the contact to make sure I got it correct, however from online leads; prospect usually enter their email addresses incorrectly by mistake or there are spams. If email address is incorrect, it would be nice to have an auto text set up asking the contact to text their email address. (this would definitely

When prospects make an inquiry online, you reach out to them and they don't answer. You put them on a campaign for example "initial contact attempt" telling them you have been trying to reach them till certain number of attempts, etc... I'd love to see a feature of having the campaign stop/be completed after the client replies to that email or text. This is specially helpful when agents are not by the computer to manually remove/stop/complete the task from that prospect. 

Can Ringless Voicemail functionality be added? This would be especially useful in a drip campaign.

Need the ability to add a general video text to the templates so that you can add one to an autopilot campaign. If this was an available feature, I would purchase texts. Right now, with the options we do have, I can do the exact same thing on my phone for free. 

When a client opens an email, depending on their software, it will show as being opened multiple times. I suggest having LD filter out the duplicate openings. Ex: I sent out 129 emails, and it says 755 emails have been opened. One client alone shows that he opened an email 35 times in 5 minutes. (I know that LD can't control it, but figured they might be able to filter it)

I want to be able to send an email to a select group of users. For example: If I find a property that would work for 5-6 people, I want to be able to click their names from the contact list, and email them some details and a link. Right now I would have to create a template email and send them individually (unless i'm mistaken). It would be much simpler to add an activity under "bulk actions", like "send X selected contacts an email".

If I'm going to be in an area, I'd like to look at a map that has pins for each of my contacts. Then I can plan to do personal visits to several contacts at the same time. 

Also, if there could be a "Map It" button next to the address, so it opens up the address in google maps would be super handy.

What is the latest on IDX Broker integration, I see that it is coming soon? Also is there a video out here showing what integration looks like? I have read that Realgeeks is integrated but I have never seen what that looks like, the actual UI? Thanks
