It would be nice to have a transaction have its own documents and have all associated parties be able to receive documents from that folder to keep everyone in the loop.

A way to search all contacts in the system without tags, eliminating the need to shift through all the contacts to add them individually. 

It would be nice to have a timestamp for texts within the mobile app

A lot of users utilize Skyslope for transaction management rather than Dotloop and it would be nice to have an integration with them.

When I import a contact that has notes, today the notes show up in the contact row. Would be useful if the notes were imported as an attachment to the contact.

I am using ProAgent website. would be nice to be able to share contact information between the two sites

Gary Nelson requested an option to apply all new adjustments to drip campaigns apply to the previous clients as well. Instead of having to re-add them to the drips. Option to apply to all in a way. 

Can you make it so I can put check marks on the leads I want to call or otherwise do something with and d have a filter allow me to then just see or be able to deal with those leads only? ie in my MLS if there are listings in a grid I can put a check in the box and above hit 'show checked only'. (or some verbiage like that)  --- kind of like the power dialer so it separates those leads out. Don't want to have to have similar tags or other internal commonalities to filter it

Here are the some examples of what we talked about over the phone. I think this would be an awesome feature for LD. The biggest benefit is from a follow up standpoint.

This would mean that we could filter every contact on the contacts page in the order we last received a message from them! (That's a game changer, thanks to the 'previous' and 'next' buttons!)

This would also allow us to use our texting templates when replying to contacts. (The text templates are not accessible via texting center, weird)

The same way there is a saved email signature it would be nice to be able to save a default text message signature to go out on all outgoing text messages.

With this system is there a good way to track tenant placement in rentals and/ property management?

Birthday, Anniversary, spacial dates year should not be required.  It is not often I know the year of my contacts special date.  9 times out of 10 I just heard "It's my birthday today" and make note of it. I currently have to type 0000 as the year in order for the system to save the date.  

I still like having the year field if I happen to know it but I often do not. 

I personally do not use AM or PM.  I prefer a 24 format.  Anyone else on board with me?

Sometimes it's easier to re-evaluate my content and procedures on paper before making any system changes. The ability to print and export all campaigns/plans and templates would work great.

Contact > Comments

When I view a contacts comments my returns are not visible. Everything runs together.  When returns invisible/or not displayed my content lines and paragraphs are very difficult to review because everything runs together.

I only see my returns if I click the edit button.

With the mobile house tool being developed, it'd be nice if this app or function was available offline. Open houses are often going to be set up with an iPad that might not have access to wi-fi.

It would be nice to have an option to remove the LionDesk branding from the video emails sent out from the system.

It would be nice to be able to sort by Last Text Received as a column in Contacts.

Way to assign/forward leads to other realtors even if they don’t have LD account or maybe not my team and its a one off lead.
