Lead Filter idea

Can you make it so I can put check marks on the leads I want to call or otherwise do something with and d have a filter allow me to then just see or be able to deal with those leads only? ie in my MLS if there are listings in a grid I can put a check in the box and above hit 'show checked only'. (or some verbiage like that)  --- kind of like the power dialer so it separates those leads out. Don't want to have to have similar tags or other internal commonalities to filter it by, I just want to check the box and go.  Thank you.
