    Be able to switch numbers within the Power Dialer

    If there are multiple numbers, one user suggested that we improve the system so that you can decide what number the Power Dialer calls, or be able to call the second number if the first number doesn't go through in a session.

    Since LionDesk is so ambitious, you should INCORPORATE AN EMAIL/PHONE APPEND SERVICE, SO THAT SOME OF A DAY’S EXPIREDS CAN BE CONTACTED SAME DAY.

    This single innovation would be a true game-changer for everybody. What do you think?

    Pricing option with routing rules.

    David knows I want this.

    A big factor in deciding whether to have all our agents get LD is the routing rules.  IF there were zip code rules and pricing rules that were able to route and send the maximum amount of lead info to an agent we would use LD for all agents and not rely on FiveStreet and Zillow to do our routing.  Zillow's system of routing is a good model and much better than Realtor.com and FiveStreet.

    Connect return text to real mobile phone number.

    When sending a text from within LD and then getting a return text that return text does not go my cell phone number.  Without the phone app I get no alert or notification.  With the phone app coming that latter part is not a big deal.

    Ideally when someone responds to the within LD custom number text it would then get forwarded to my real cell number.

    Ring Central is a phone service we use that has things like this down to a science.  Not sure if that will help.  Hire an insider lol.

    Suggestion: Seeing Multiple Deals in Teamshare View

    A subscriber called in and asked why his team members deals are able to be viewed as one category, showing the total of two deals combined instead of each deal separately. He has a broker admin account and wants to be able to see each of his team members' deals individually so he can make sure that each person is utilizing the leads instead of neglecting them.

    Creating New Templates from Folders

    A subscriber suggested this:Dynamically populate Name in Green box to the Active Folder Name. As the list of folders push down many are out of sight so it is a little confusing to know exactly what Folder you are in, therefore easy to put in wrong folder.

    Auto responder for missed calls

    If a client calls in and the agent is unable to answer, it would be beneficial to send a text auto response to let them know we'll be with them shortly.

    Click to call: Automatic input of what number was called on call log.

    When on a contact page, I use the click to call often. When they have more than one phone number, I have to edit the call log notes and manually enter which number (home, mobile, etc. and the number itself) I called. Is there a way for liondesk to do this automatically?

    Manage Access/Exporting of Leads

    One thing that was suggested was a way for the Broker to be able to control the export of leads, so that leads that come in through the team, belong to the team. If you are trying to export leads that belong to the broker or team leader, you won't be able to.

    I would love to be able to make better use of the "Deals" section. Currently it allows for so little information that's it's practically useless. What I've missed from previous CRM's is the ability to have dates stored there (Inspection deadlines, finance/appraisal deadlines, etc). Also being able to tag the title company, lender, associated with the file. I know I can do this with the individual, but sometimes we do multiple transactions with a client and they don't use the same people. One last thing I would add is a field where we could store notes from lead calls associated

    Someone suggested that we put in multiple name/contact fields for the deal sections in Liondesk. That way if a husband and wife are in contacts, both can receive it instead of just one.

    A client called in and thought that it would be cool if there was a road map or something on the website to show what liondesk started with, current features, and stuff Liondesk is working.

    Automation for Drip Campaigns

    I know that all CRMs have their own features.  I also see that LionDesk has the fields that could be used to automate a process for realtors.  I know that in my opinion, the less I have to do, the more efficient I can be.  Is there a way to add the feature of being able to automatically add drip campaigns to contacts based on the desired field?  

    For example, if there are fields added that can help us.  Buyer Rep Agreement Signed (Date) and then, when that date is entered, a drip campaign can start based on that

    Editing Text Message activity log

    When I add a text message as an activity on a contact, I have no way of editing it afterwards. Is there a way to add that functionality?

    Calendar Suggestions

    We would love to see an "end date" added to the calendar for time blocking. Several agents on my team LIVE by their calendars and miss having this function from the last CRM we used. Also, a way to view the calendar in "week view" as a default. Thank you!
