Similar to the way you can assign contacts and tasks to other team members, there should be a way to assign a deal or property to another member of a team
There is a lot of white space unused on the Deals page for most displays. It would be helpful to have an option to display more columns on the page to make use of the empty space.
There should be a way to integrate with RealGeeks similar to BombBomb that allows for the tracking of video texts and emails from within RealGeeks that have been sent through LionDesk. Love the video text and email features of LionDesk but would like to be able to track reads and receipts from within RealGeeks.
When setting an Agent Task - Email Reminder, it only shows the reminder, and none of the notes. If someone is on the go, they don't want to have to go into LionDesk to see all of the notes. An update to see all of the notes when sending the email would be ideal.
Clients calling in wanting the feature of searching multiple names, or other fields within the search bar. i.e. Smith, Jones, Anderson, Johnson, etc. And then be able to send an email to all of those people.
If an agent doesn't claim a lead it will push down to the next agent. This would help if an agent is on vacation or out sick the lead doesn't just stand there with no activity .
A lot of users would like to get some sort of notification when an already existing contact wants info for a new house, submits a new form, etc. It will update in the Contact Activity Timeline for a few IDXs, but they would like that actual Notification on existing clients.
I understand that reply emails from a contact are not tracked in the Gmail tab, but within our Gmail account. It would be nice to capture those emails within LD so that all conversations could be maintained in one location vs. outgoing email in LD and then having to save the incoming or reply messages in Gmail. Thx.
