Automation for Drip Campaigns

I know that all CRMs have their own features.  I also see that LionDesk has the fields that could be used to automate a process for realtors.  I know that in my opinion, the less I have to do, the more efficient I can be.  Is there a way to add the feature of being able to automatically add drip campaigns to contacts based on the desired field?  

For example, if there are fields added that can help us.  Buyer Rep Agreement Signed (Date) and then, when that date is entered, a drip campaign can start based on that field.

Also, there is already a close date when you have a property added to a contact.  I know that I have to send a funding checklist to my broker 5 days before close, I would like to have a reminder that is based on the number of days before or after a date in the field.  After the date would be something like, send testimonial email 5 days after closing date.  Or send give 10 days after closing date.  Having to put a specific date won't work because we don't know it.
