Have "emails opened" counted only once (or once per day?)

When a client opens an email, depending on their software, it will show as being opened multiple times. I suggest having LD filter out the duplicate openings. Ex: I sent out 129 emails, and it says 755 emails have been opened. One client alone shows that he opened an email 35 times in 5 minutes. (I know that LD can't control it, but figured they might be able to filter it)

Agreed as well. A lot of those "opens" are mail gateways cracking open the message and scanning for virus and APT. Most tracking companies have a way of detecting a bot opening the email vs the intended recipient. GMail is a classic example. When you send an email to multiple GMail recipients, the first few will looking like they opened it immediately but it is just Google scanning it for viruses and APT. It will not scan it for every recipient nor is it necessary because once it figures out the email is benign, it will let the email through for the rest of the recipients. Anyway, would be great to not get multiple opens for bots opening the message.

Totally agree. The multiple opens jams up the timeline. I've not yet seen one contact with 35 opens in one day, but I've had a half a dozen or so. And I'm new enough to LionDesk to not know for sure, but does this affect any sort of stats reports also? If so, this would really invalidate stats altogether.
