Unresolved Issue
I tried to send an email "immediately" to 600+ contacts. It did not send but scheduled for 2 or 2+ hours later when I really needed it sent right away. I was headed out the door to my Daughter's bday dinner after I sent the emails, or so I thought. That was at 2pm. I tried to chat about the issue as I realized the email did not send. I was provided an explanation that did not resolve the problem and the explanation did not coincide with the details that I provided, which ultimately resulted in duplicate scheduled e-mails. The tech's response also was making assumptions and not listening to what I explained. I then had to manually delete hundreds of duplicate scheduled emails that I did not schedule so my contacts did not end up receiving duplicate messages. The tech was friendly and helped with that, but I think perhaps a "call me now" function in chat could have cut through communication issues that wasted much time. I have a master's degree in info systems and experience implementing major ERP systems, so I speak the language. I am a problem solver and when someone is not responding with consideration of the information that I have provided, I am not happy.
