Hi David Anderson!   This is David Halpern :)

2 recommendations:

1) When entering new contacts on the phone, allow the user to enter them into a list at that time (and also see which lists they are already in)

2) When viewing contacts on the laptop, allow the user to see which lists the contact is already in

Also being able to remove them from a list from the client profile page as opposed to having to go into another tab and hunting for the right person to take them off a list.
