New Listing Notification
In the property manager, it would be tremendously helpful & useful for buyer prospects to receive email or text notifications of properties that match their criteria.
For example, I add the following home onto property (listing) manager.
123 John street
New York, NY 10016
Property Type: 2 Family home
price: $500,000
Style: fully detached
Beds: 6
Bath: 3
Basement: finished
Property description: new construction 2 family home in a prime location, etc etc
Link to Listing: insert direct link to property listing.
(Many other fields could be added, will let you know later)
So if the system could automatically send text notification/email notification to buyers already entered onto liondesk whose search criteria / buyer preference match with the property that's entered. I'm not sure how you can implement this but maybe based on tags? For example a buyer who's looking in zip code "10016" (tag) looking for a "2 family home" tag price range "$300-$500k" tag.
This listing notification could be set to be sent either automatically, or scheduled and will be sent to new buyers that are added onto the system later on unless the property status is changed to in escrow, under contract, expired, not available, off market etc.
The text notification could be something simple like.
Hi John, please review this new 2 family home that just hit the market. "Link to listing" please let me know your thoughts and if you'd like to view it?
The email notification of the new listing could have more details.
Such as:
Hi John,
We have a new listing that just hit the market which I like to offer you. Please review and let me know if you have any questions and if you'd like to view it?

I'd love to see this feature and I'd like your input and everyone else's on how this can be implemented and then improved.
Thank you
