Contacts Main Screen fields
It be very nice to be able to click on a displayed field and make a change. Currently I have to select edit or click on the client name to enter the field. Wasted key strokes and time..

Add new Templates to existing Drips and have them work. Its crazy we cant do this!!!!!!
Im blown away that we cant add new templates to an existing drip and have them work for already assigned clients, IE add a Day 25 email. And for all clients that have not hit Day 25 they would receive the email, Now you have to cancel and reassign the drip to each contact but that means they will start over which is crazy unprofessional. Im always modifying my drips. Adding videos to the emails, adding new content etc. All big CRMs do this Active campaign, autopiliot, Infusionsoft, DRIP, Mainchimp etc

Phone app improvement
Suggestion is make the phone app more productive such as a calendar in which you can view and add activities to and also access your transactions such as activities and a participating parties section with their contact info. For me personally the program is not useful enough to me to continue using it over other CRMs.

1) When entering new contacts on the phone, allow the user to enter them into a list at that time (and also see which lists they are already in)
2) When viewing contacts on the laptop, allow the user to see which lists the contact is already in

Able to schedule in the Calendar the time slots of when the event is, not just the start time.

Closed/Inactive client status should be separated
"Closed/Inactive" should be separated. A "Closed" client is different than an "Inactive" client. Because they are not separated I've had to create new clients types. "Closed Buy", "Closed Sell" and "Closed Buy/Sell"

Public Task
I would like when you enter a task OR even an activity for a listing - not all are on a plan and never will be - to be able to push some of the task or activities to the "Public Page". I call it the "Sellers or Buyer's Website", as they can see the links and know what needs to be done on their purchase of a home next OR for sellers so they know what all I do to get their home sold or all the activities that I do for them.

Auto-triggers for tasks and drips
Having the ability to add tasks that are dependent upon prior tasks being completed would add to the function of my campaigns and property plans when assigning them to my staff.

Sometimes multiple tasks are due on the same day and this will prioritize what shows up instead of overwhelming people.

After New Entering Contact Automatically Open That Contact
Now when you enter a contact - the contact goes away. I always need to finish editing the contact info but then have to go and search that contact and pull them back up.

allow sending manually created email to a contact after they unsubscribe
If I try to send an email through LD to a contact who has unsubscribed, LD will not send it. I believe that a contact is intending to be unsubscribed to DRIPS and not ALL communication. That is my primary feature request.
If that cannot be accomplished...instead of the history just telling us that the email failed to send with the subject line visible, we should still be able to see the body of the failed email in the history so we can copy/paste it into our email client. All I see from an email I tried to send is

Icon on lead detail page for emails that have hard bounced.
Can you put an icon (or notice) next to a lead's email address notifying us when an email hard bounces? Similar to the way you notify unsubscribes. This would be a big help. Right now I have to go to the marketing tab to see or run a report. Firepoint, another RE crm does this quite nicely.

Birthday revamp!
I would like the birthday system to be better. I would like to send birthday cards to clients, their spouse, and their kids. there is no option to do it for kids or spouse unless I create a reminder and for clients it only notifies the day of. it would be a lot of work to go through all my clients and have it remind me a week before. also It would be nice if there was an house program that worked with lion desk to send gifts/cards to clients

Drip Campaigns/Action Plan Advancement
Drip campaigns (aka Action plans) need advanced functionality features.
- Ability to schedule a task based on a previous task.
- Ability select an email template and assign it to the task for delivery.
- Ability choose whether the email will go out automatically or manually. Manually would allow template to be edited for that mailing only with changing the master template.

Link to Edit template directly from Task List
It would be much easier to have a link to edit a template directly from the campaign task list. It's very cumbersome to go back and forth between templates and drip campaigns searching for all associated templates and tasks.

Transaction Follow-Up Plans
Re: Transaction follow-up timelines. All activities currently trigger from only two points...Contract date and closing date. It would be nice to have conditional timelines. For instance... trigger an activity based on the completion of a previous activity.
Example: I collect the EMD after the inspection process is complete. To keep things in order, I would like the EMD timeline to follow the inspection timeline, not the contract date.
If certain tasks/activities are delayed, subsequent tasks will likely also be delayed.

For Recurring Tasks use Date Fields from the Contact Data Base in addition to Calendar dates
Allow the use of Date fields from in the contact data base such as Birthday and Anniversary to be the basis for a recurring task. An recurring auto-drip campaign can be set up to send Birthday or Anniversary email templates or texts to the selected contact based on on the date field. Now a specific calendar task must be set up separately for each contact.
