    Recurring Emails (not campaigns) Accessibility

    When you create a recurring email directly on the customer profile, to view the recurring email, you have to navigate to the communications tab and locate the recurring email there.

    It would be nice if recurring emails attached to a profile could be viewed directly on the profile of the contact too.

    For a recurring every year event, we need to not just have a "Repeats Every nn Days" option, but an option that also specifies the exact date it should reoccur on. Because every four years there is a leap year, on that year the calendar would be thrown off by one day. And I'm not sure on the date math, but over the course of 8 years the 365 day day span would then be off by 2 days, and so on.

    Sync a Contact when adding in Liondesk

    If you have 2-way sync with Google on, it would be great to sync a single new contact immediately with Google after adding it.  That way the phone number would immediately be available in our phone's address book.  In theory, this could be done even after editing a contact's phone or email address.

    Phone notes window should pop up when clicking the "call" button and not dialing yet. This window should contain three tabs on top: 1. "Call Now" tab, that contains a window with two buttons at the bottom: a "call" button or "close" button (in case you didn't intend to make a call or just need to log a call without dialing) 2. "Log Call" tab, that should trigger the "Add Activity - Comment" existing functionality. 3. "Schedule call" tab, should contain the "Add new task" functionality.

    The main window should also contain three buttons at the bottom: 1. Contacted 2. Not Home

    "Stop on Reply" for emails.

    I have my drip set up to text and email a new lead when they register.  If the lead responds to the text, the drip stops, the system alerts me that the lead has texted me, and I continue the conversation from there.  However, if they don't respond to the text, but respond to the email, the system doesn't stop the drip and it continues to text/email them as if they have never responded.  The "stop on reply" feature needs to be added to all forms of communication, not just texting.

    Flagging a bad phone number.

    There isn't really a way to flag a bad phone number.  You can add a comment into that lead's activities, but there isn't a way that I have seen to be able to flag that person's bad number on their profile.  This would be a great feature to have because it will cut down on dial time if I know the number is bad and don't have to go looking through notes to see if it's bad or not.

    As I'm seeing a very low open rate on new prospects, I'm trying to figure out how to boost this. On a LionDesk FAQ I saw the following:

    Last Opened Email Field Column on Contacts Table

    It would be a huge benefit if a column in the contact table were available that showed "Last Email Opened Date". This way we could more easily reach out to those who are indirectly engaging with us.

    Trigger a campaign from another campaign

    Liondesk needs a way to trigger a new campaign from another campaign.

    In theory, I'd like to have several different high touch campaigns for different areas...but at the end of each, transition them into the same long-term drip.

    This would really help with not having to duplicate campaigns over and over.

    Transaction Timeline and Data Entry

    To expedite the entry of transaction time line events when a buyer/seller offer has been accepted, it would be great if we could in settings create a template of events that would default to due dates "x" number of days after contract acceptance date. So for example, the template would could be set up to include the following fields: Acceptance Date, Deposit Due, Seller Docs Due, Buyer Docs Due, Inspection Contingency Due, Docs Contingency Due, Appraisal Contingency Due, Loan Contingency Due, Final Walk Through, Close of Escrow, etc. Via a user default setting, you could set up each key event

    I frequently need to navigate to the Marketing - Auto Drip tab. Doing so now takes a couple of clicks, which in fact is a bit of a delay. Would it be possible to modify the navigation tool on the far left of the screen to include direct links to the sub tabbed areas that are frequently used? To this point, another example of having to click your way around the system is adding a contact. This is such a frequent process and it's a bummer that the only place (I know of anyway) to access the "Add Contact" button

    Contact Record - "Add Activity" Drop Down Options - Would like Ability to Edit.

    When you are in a Contact record and click on "Add Activity" you are given a list of drop down options. Comments is the only one that give you the option to edit or delete. It would be nice if we had the option to edit or delete the others.

    Daily Contact Activity Report

    It would be helpful to have an Daily Contact Activity Report in spreadsheet format that can be downloaded. I report to my team leader the number of calls for different types of leads, CRE, Distressed, Expired, etc. and several other activities. If I can run a Contact Activity Report for each day, then I can download it, filter by contact, and count my totals for the day.  If it shows the Activity Notes, even better!  

    It might need to be setup as a separate Contact Table that is auto-generated for the day.  I'm know there are a bunch of LionDesk

    Selective Activity Timeline Display

    With all of the activity that comes in the timeline, it would be nice to be able to select two or more tabs concurrently instead of it being "one or all". I'd suggest that if there was a check box at the top of each tab (Comments, Sent/Received, Opened, Clicked, Calls, Text, Direct Mail and Website Activity) so that you could say check "Comments" and "Calls" and have these display in date descending order.

    Show LionDesk custom number as caller ID on click to call

    I would like people to see my LionDesk custom number on their caller ID when I use the click to call feature. Mojo allows you to have any number you want as the outbound caller ID.

    This would help make the customer/lead/contact's experience more seamless when they receive a call followed by a text.

    Add dialer capability to task section

    You guys really need to add the ability to select leads in the task section and then power dial the checked leads. I unfortunately just found out that when I sort leads by next task, the past due ones I need to hammer thru with the dialer, do not show up! This was the whole reason I got the dialer to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Major buyer's remorse right now

    Add "Delivered Promotional item" or something similar to the activity section. Allows you to differentiate between sending an item through the mail and showing up at a clients house.

    I need the ability to send to one email address, the name/email/phone etc of a contact one by one. So when john doe tells me he will need financing, I can email or text a message to call xxx at abc mortgage phone/email/website and then forward that buyers info to that mortgage contact.
