    Assign task to multiple users

    I am in a business partnership. We set up our transaction plan, but only one of us can be assigned to task. We really need Lion Desk to allow tasks to be assigned to multiple users so that we can each view the tasks in the app. Right now we waste a lot of time on the phone checking to see who has done what. For both of us to be able to see in the app all the tasks associated with a plan and who has done what would be great!

    I would like to use my LD phone number in emails and texts instead of my main cell number. Currently (agentphone)? points to my main profile number. Please add another content code for my LD number.

    I would like when you enter a task OR even an activity for a listing - not all are on a plan and never will be - to be able to push some of the task or activities to the "Public Page".  I call it the "Sellers or Buyer's Website", as they can see the links and know what needs to be done on their purchase of a home next OR for sellers so they know what all I do to get their home sold or all the activities that I do for them.

    Unsubscribed Contacts - Automatically Tagged under contact profile

    I would like to see an automatic "tag" placed on the contacts that unsubscribe to emails so that it can easily be searched in the contacts "FILTER" feature. Now you have to go to reporting, search unsubscribed contacts, go to the contacts and place your own tag manually.  This is just another step for the agents to have to do. This would be an easy implementation feature upon them clicking the unsubscribe link. Thanks!

    Closed/Inactive client status should be separated

    "Closed/Inactive" should be separated.  A "Closed" client is different than an "Inactive" client. Because they are not separated I've had to create new clients types.  "Closed Buy", "Closed Sell" and "Closed Buy/Sell"

    The enhancement as to allow a BCC to the cc@contacts.liondesk.com address, from a 3rd party system (Outlook, gmail, etc.) by any Team Member/Sub Account User who has shared access to the Contact, not just by the ‘owner’ of the Contact.

    This should be able to be turned on/off by User in the team/sub-account settings.

    Make it easier to plug in to the drips for Code content. Click on a link in Drip campaign and converts to a file right away. More Mortgage side of LionDesk as well.

    He requested more customization, be able to change the order of the templates.

    Send user to user communication

    As a user, i want to be able to message another user and have a conversation with them regarding a contact, property, deal, task, etc.  Notifications will be via desktop or liondesk app.

    Send an email with an attachment. Attachment should automatically be saved into documents tab.

    When sending an email through LionDesk that includes an attachment, it should automatically be saved into documents tab on the contact profile page.

    Upon saving new contact resolve to contact record

    Please have LionDesk resolve to the contact I just entered when saving the new contact record. There is almost always additional information that I need to enter including activities, emails, etc that are not available on the input screen.

    So the steps are enter new contact, hit save, search for contact just entered.  I don't understand why the logic requires this last step.

    When we are on a team we may have more than one agent on a file and currently we have the option of only assigning one agent.

    2 recommendations:

    1) When entering new contacts on the phone, allow the user to enter them into a list at that time (and also see which lists they are already in)

    2) When viewing contacts on the laptop, allow the user to see which lists the contact is already in

    Document Uploads Improve Multiple File Uploading

    Currently when dragging-dropping files into Documents folder, the destination folder reverts to some preset default folder after the upload and the user must repeat the unnecessary step of selecting the destination folder after each upload. I do not see the logic in this. I believe everyone would find it more useful if the selected destination folder was anchored in place so users can successively drag-drop multiple files into the selected folder without going back a step to select the folder each time.
