Allow users to select a one time call back number for an individual call other than primary phone numbers, for example if users don’t have their cell phone they can call their office line instead.

Remove all extra words/extra extremely long URLS so it will not send 20 messages for one reply. make it compact as possible.

For example if users want to use the same templates to make a more frequent contact version of existing Auto-Pilot Drip Campaign, but if you copy it the templates are copied as well

Ability to remove contact from Auto Pilot Text/SMS but continue emails and other events (some say don’t text me just email me—for example) 

When new leads are added (such as Zillow Leads) without name, the email gets inserted to Name field so we get the “Hi realtor@buyer.com, this is...” message come out.

Templates to have backup Merge field when Value is Blank

A way to know when emails are bad, when they are returned we should get notified somehow, similar to when I send a direct email a get a reply or mail chimp gives puts a contact record/dashboard notification but with LD there is nothing.

Auto Pilot Rules- Timing Rules such as  “within 1 mins but only During Business Hours” no 3AM auto text to new inquiries, ability to set business/texting hours, I would like to defer the 3am auto reply text to 9AM for example

Timing Rules such as same day at 5:00PM but at least 1 hour has passed (for example new leads that come after this time it won’t instantly send message but will wait the time period)

Can we make the email and especially TEXT campaigns so we have the option to have them not go out on a weekend? For example, when I used Top Producer it gave me an option if it fell on a saturday I could move it back a day to Friday...if it fell on a Sunday, I could move it forward to Monday...I cringe when it sends out texts on Sunday morning...It jolts my own faith convictions and I don't want to offend others either...thanks, dc

Instead of having to look at individual calendars, they want a calendar option to see the whole team in one place. 

Instead of having to go into the video portion of the app, they want to be able to just select a contact, record the video there, and send it. 

Custom fields associated with dates should have the option to be viewed on the calendar.

For teams with team sharing on, it would be nice to have the option to view the contact activity of other team members in the dashboard the same way you can turn this on for other pages.

Be able to set a recurring email in a drip campaign to go out on the first of the month instead of a certain amount of days out. This would be used for newsletters, and in those instances that drip campaigns are put on a contact in the middle of the month - they still want the newsletter to go out on the 1st of the month. 

Integration with Orange County Association of Realtors MLS system

It would be useful to get email notifications when someone texts your shortcode, as well as distribute those text leads to other agents on your team.
