One thing that was suggested was a way for the Broker to be able to control the export of leads, so that leads that come in through the team, belong to the team. If you are trying to export leads that belong to the broker or team leader, you won't be able to.
As the broker, admin, and team leader, I need the ability to export allb leads. There doesn't seem to be away that I "own" this data.
We use the owner function as a way to credit team members who bring a prospect into the system for commission splits and other team functions. If we were to assign every contact to me, this field would become meaningless.
As an admin I need to be able to access all of that data that me and my users have entered.
