If I'm going to be in an area, I'd like to look at a map that has pins for each of my contacts. Then I can plan to do personal visits to several contacts at the same time.
Also, if there could be a "Map It" button next to the address, so it opens up the address in google maps would be super handy.
Being able to map addresses I have in the system is the only thing holding me back from subscribing to the product. A configurable hyperlink that I could auto-populate myself to link to parcel data or google street view would give your product a huge advantage over other real estate CRMs.
For sure a page from Tom Ferry, the drop by feature is a main part of his stay top of mind campaign
Being able to see a list of all contacts within a geographic radius to concentrate a email or text message would be great too.
A "Map" that will allow you to see individual clients location with the option to "see all" or "view a X radius" from my "current location". Great idea for "pop-bys"
