relationship between an agent and an assistant, tasks and drip campaigns

System is completely void of any type of cohesive relationship between an agent and an assistant.

The object is create a seamless environment in which to communicate (via email and text) with my clients and the only way to do this if my assistant logs into my LionDesk account to send a personalized email from me?  Having two users trying to use the same account.  As a developer you'll see the many issues that following this scenario. 

As unacquainted as Top Producer is. They had a great system when you had assistants working for you. The features and functionality within their drip campaigns were awesome.

Over the time I've been a member.  I have submitted many requests to developers.  It there any upgrades in account functionality???

If they login to their own account, it will come from them. It's pretty straightforward.

I just set-up a Sub-Account thinking this would allow my assistant to work my CRM but it does not.  The assistant can't see my clients. I cannot assign specific tasks within a drip campaign to an assistant.  You cannot assign an assistant to an agent. It's driving me crazy because I need this very badly.  See attached for assistant profile sample.

You can do what you need to if your assistants have their own account in LionDesk.

I was told by the help chat if my assistant clicks on the email icon for a contact, selects a template from my library and sends it. The email will look like it was sent from my assistant and not me.
