Adding / Modifying Templates to Previously Applied Auto Pilot Campaigns

I'm just starting with LionDesk and have hundreds of past clients that I want to set up on a drip campaign. I have no doubt that in time, I may want to change a template that's in the drip campaign or add other templates to the campaign. If I understand the current system, there is no option to change or add to a previously applied drip. So if I made a mistake or missed something when first creating the drip, I'd need to remove the drip from hundreds of clients, modify the drip, and then reapply it again to hundreds of clients. And I believe that's true for adding content to a drip. Instead of adding content to an existing drip, and have that applied to the hundreds of clients who I previously applied the drip to, under the current process I'd have to create a new campaign, add the new content to it and then apply to the hundreds of contacts.

It would be nice if I could just change the template and have the campaign use the new content of that template. As I understand now, all of the content within the templates are essentially hard written to the contacts, and whatever content is in the template at the time it was applied is what is delivered.

How about instead if when the drip is applied, it actually just applied each template by its name, not the entire content. Then when it came time for delivery, it would go back to the template name and use whatever content is there at that time. This way, when I apply a drip, it would be much more dynamic. And, if I thought I was likely going to add more content to the drip in the future, I could create the drip with "blank" templates (with template names that would post to the clients calendar) and at a later time insert the content to the template and off to the races I go.

I believe this would be a HUGE improvement that would give so much more flexibility and would be a real selling point to other future LionDeskers. Thanks for listening...
