Improve Merge
Merge is essentially worthless right now, in fact, it's worse than that, it's destructive. It randomly deletes data. If you have one contact with a name and email and another with just an email, then it will delete the name. If you have a spouse, it will delete the spouse. If you have it assigned to someone on your team, it will unassigned the team member. You should merge all info and find a way to keep all data even if the same email is kept twice, under email 1 and email 2. You should also provide a way to choose in each merged field, or at least the important ones what data you want to keep or what person you want to have it assigned to by providing who it is currently assigned to.
