Received Text Filter and option for Templates in the Texting Center

Here are the some examples of what we talked about over the phone.
I think this would be an awesome feature for LD. The biggest benefit is from a follow up standpoint.

This would mean that we could filter every contact on the contacts page in the order we last received a message from them! (That's a game changer, thanks to the 'previous' and 'next' buttons!)

This would also allow us to use our texting templates when replying to contacts.
(The text templates are not accessible via texting center, weird)
